Privacy policy

This English version is provided for convenience; in case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

Protecting your personal data is a priority. This policy, which complies with the amended French Data Protection Act (“Informatique et Libertés”) of 6 January 1978 and the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”), describes what data we process, on what legal bases, for what purposes, for how long, with which recipients, and what your rights are.

Data controller

The data controller is Facem Web (contact details in the legal notice). The Data Protection Officer is Xavier Deloffre, who can be reached at contacter@conciergerie.luxe.

Data collected, purposes and legal bases

When you complete the Find my concierge form, we process the data you provide: town, postcode, type, capacity, use and status of the property, services required, timeframe, name, email address, telephone number, country of residence and message. This data is processed solely in order to introduce you to a concierge able to manage your property. The legal basis is your consent and the performance of pre-contractual measures. When a concierge completes the partner form, information about the company and its contact person is processed to review its application, on the basis of pre-contractual measures. Browsing data may also be processed for audience measurement purposes (see Cookies).

Recipients: transmission to the partner concierge

This is the heart of our service. With your explicit consent, obtained via a dedicated, unticked checkbox when you submit the form, your contact details and information about your property are passed to the partner concierge for the geographical area you indicate, solely in order to respond to your introduction request. Only one concierge, the one handling your request in your area, receives your request; it is a business in the concierge and rental management sector. This concierge acts as a separate data controller for its subsequent use of your data; it undertakes contractually to use the data only to contact you again about your request and not to pass it on to third parties. Any onward transmission to its own partners would require your fresh consent. We never sell, rent or exchange your data for other commercial purposes.

Management of partner contracts

Conciergerie des Saisons (SARL, RCS Lille Métropole 101 034 361, 41 rue Jacquemars Giélée, 59800 Lille, France), which manages the contracts and invoicing of partner concierges, may access transmitted requests strictly to the extent necessary for this follow-up (identification of the recipient partner, date and area of the request). It does not use your data for any other purpose.

Processors

Your data may be hosted or processed by our technical processors acting on our instructions, in particular our host OVH (storage within the European Union) and, where applicable, Google for audience measurement (Google Analytics, Google Search Console).

Transfers outside the European Union

The use of tools provided by Google may involve a transfer of data to the United States, governed by appropriate safeguards within the meaning of the GDPR (standard contractual clauses, participation in the Data Privacy Framework). No transfer is made to a third country without an adequate level of protection.

Retention periods

Requests received via the form are kept for as long as necessary to process them and make the introduction, then archived for a maximum of three years from our last exchange, before deletion. Proof of your consent (timestamp) is kept for evidential purposes for the same period. Audience measurement data is kept for a maximum of twenty-five months, and cookies have a lifespan not exceeding thirteen months.

Cookies and trackers

The website uses cookies that are strictly necessary for its operation (which do not require your consent) and, where applicable, audience measurement cookies set only after your consent, obtained via a banner on your first visit. You may at any time accept, refuse or withdraw your consent using the “Cookies” button displayed at the bottom of the page, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Data security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures (secure hosting, encrypted HTTPS connection, restricted access) to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them, send your request to our Data Protection Officer at contacter@conciergerie.luxe; proof of identity may be requested. We respond within one month. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, www.cnil.fr).
