Entrusting a prestige home is not something to improvise. Our luxury concierge introduction helps you identify a high-end concierge suited to your property and your expectations, free of charge and with no commitment: you describe your project, we review your request, then you deal directly with the concierge we suggest.
A luxury concierge introduction that is free for the owner
Conciergerie.luxe is a referral service: we connect owners of high-end properties (villas, prestige apartments, chalets, character houses) with concierge services specialising in short-term rental management or second home management. For you, the owner, the process is free and without commitment: you owe us nothing, whether or not you go ahead. Our value lies in the time you save and in the relevance of the referral, because offers that look alike on paper are hard to compare from the outside. We do not provide the services ourselves: guest welcome, housekeeping, maintenance and marketing are carried out by the concierge you choose, according to its offer and the contract you sign directly with it. This separation is deliberate: it keeps your contractual relationship clear and leaves you in control of every decision. Our only role is to introduce you to a contact whose expertise suits your home.
Find a luxury concierge in three steps
The form has been designed to stay short while giving us the information we need. It has three steps, which you can complete in a few minutes on a computer or a phone. The more precise your description, the better the referral: a six-bedroom chalet let by the week in winter does not call for the same concierge as a Paris apartment let for a few nights a month. You can also tell us what disappointed you in a previous experience, which helps us find a luxury concierge that is genuinely right for you. Nothing you enter commits you, and you can explain your project in more detail when you speak with the concierge.
Your property
Location, type of property, sleeping capacity, current use (main residence, second home, investment) and any letting already under way.
Your expectations
Services required, level of presence expected, rental calendar or periods of personal use, and points that matter most to you.
Your details
Name, email address, phone number and preferred means of contact, so that we can get back to you and, with your consent, introduce you to a concierge.
Comparing high-end concierge services: what we look at
To refer a request, we look above all for the fit between your home and a concierge’s expertise. We consider the type of property it knows how to manage, the area where it genuinely operates, and the level of service it offers, from a personalised welcome to hotel-standard housekeeping. We also pay attention to its legal framework: a written mandate, a professional licence when it collects rents on the owner’s behalf (carte G, the property management licence under the Hoguet law), and professional liability insurance. These are the benchmarks you will find in our guide on how to choose a high-end concierge, and they will let you compare high-end concierge services on an objective basis. This is neither a ranking nor a label: we publish no ratings or reviews, and the final decision is entirely yours.
| Referral criterion | What we examine |
|---|---|
| Type of property | Villa with pool, chalet, prestige apartment, character house, large estate |
| Area | Actual operations in your town or valley, local network of tradespeople |
| Level of service | On-site welcome, hotel-standard housekeeping, professional linen, on-call service, reporting |
| Legal framework | Written mandate, carte G if rents are collected, professional liability insurance |
| Transparency | Basis for calculating the commission, identified additional fees, termination terms |
After the introduction: dealing directly with the concierge
Once your request has been reviewed, we get back to you to confirm your project and then, with your consent, pass your details to the concierge selected for your area: just one, the one taking on your request. The timing depends on the area and the season, but you will usually hear back quickly. The concierge then contacts you, arranges a visit to the property and sends you a detailed proposal: services, commission, additional fees, length of the mandate. You are free to accept, negotiate or decline, without having to explain yourself to us. If you decide to work together, the contract is signed directly between you and the concierge. This approach applies whatever your region, and you can consult our destinations pages to learn about the regulatory and seasonal specifics of your area.

Our limits
A concierge referral free for the owner, not an agent
Being clear about what we do not do is part of the service. We provide no services: no guest check-ins, no housekeeping, no listing management, no rent collection. We do not sign a mandate on your behalf and we play no part in negotiating your contract with the concierge. We promise no occupancy rate or level of income, since these depend on your property, your calendar and the concierge you choose. Nor do we guarantee that a concierge is available in every town: we look for one active in your area and, if none is a good fit, we tell you so. This concierge referral free for the owner, in the sense of a no-cost referral service, rests on a simple idea: helping you make an informed choice.
Your personal data in the introduction process
The information you entrust to us is used solely to handle your request. It is passed only to the concierge selected for your area, and only with your consent. We do not sell it and do not use it for any other commercial purpose. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right of access, rectification and erasure, which you may exercise at any time by writing to us. Full details are set out in our privacy policy.
Frequently asked questions about the introduction
Is the introduction really free?
Yes, it is free and with no commitment for the owner. You pay us nothing, whether or not you sign with the concierge we introduce: our service is paid for by our partner concierge services. The only fees are those of the concierge, set out in the contract you sign directly with it.
How many concierge services receive my request?
Just one: the partner concierge taking on your request in your area. Your details are not circulated among several providers, and you deal with a single contact chosen for your property.
How soon will I hear back?
We get back to you within 24 working hours (Monday to Friday) of receiving your request. How quickly the concierge then contacts you depends on its schedule, the area and the season.
Am I committed by filling in the form?
No. The form commits you to nothing, either towards us or towards a concierge. You remain free to decline a proposal at every stage.
What data do you pass on to concierge services?
Only the information relevant to your project (description of the property, expectations, contact details), and only with your consent. It is never sold or used for any other purpose.
