The host provides the storage and technical availability of the website; it has no involvement in the editorial content, which is the sole responsibility of the publisher.
Purpose of the website
conciergerie.luxe is an introduction service between owners of high-end properties intended for short-term rental and professional concierge companies. The website is neither a concierge nor an agent: it directs the owner to the partner concierge for their area. The service is free and with no obligation for the owner; it is paid for by the partner concierges.
Partner contracts and invoicing
The contractual relationship with partner concierges and the invoicing of introductions are handled by Conciergerie des Saisons, a SARL (limited liability company) with share capital of €500, registered with the Lille Métropole Trade and Companies Register under number 101 034 361 (SIRET 101 034 361 00010), whose registered office is at 41 rue Jacquemars Giélée, 59800 Lille, France, represented by its manager, Dany Pain. The owner is never invoiced. The terms of the service are set out in the terms of use.
Intellectual property
All content on conciergerie.luxe (texts, structure, layout, logo, infographics, graphic elements) is protected by the French Intellectual Property Code and remains the exclusive property of the publisher, unless otherwise stated. The illustrative photographs are images generated by artificial intelligence: they do not depict properties that are managed or offered for rent. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation constitutes an infringement punishable by law.
Liability
The publisher makes every effort to provide reliable information, but cannot be held liable for errors or omissions, nor for the quality of the services provided by partner concierges, with which the owner contracts freely and directly. The guides on regulations and taxation are for general information purposes only, as of the date indicated, and do not constitute legal or tax advice.
