Do you run a high-end concierge service and wish to receive qualified requests from owners that fit your expertise and your area of operation? Conciergerie.luxe directs owners of exceptional properties towards selected professionals: becoming a partner concierge starts with a conversation.
Becoming a partner concierge: the principle
Conciergerie.luxe is an introduction service connecting owners of villas, prestige apartments, chalets or character houses with concierge services specialising in short-term rental management or second home management. Each owner describes the property, their expectations and their timetable; we review the request and then, with the owner’s consent, pass it on to a concierge whose positioning matches. How our introduction service works is explained on the owner side, and it rests on one simple rule: we provide no services ourselves and we never step into the contract. You deal directly with the owner, you visit the property, you make your proposal and you sign with the owner on your own terms. For you, the benefit is being able to find property owners whose project has already been qualified, rather than handling enquiries unrelated to your offer.
Luxury concierge clients: what we expect from you
The owners who come to us are looking for a genuine level of service, and our credibility depends on the quality of the concierge services we refer them to. We therefore expect a demonstrable high-end positioning: personalised guest welcome, hotel-standard housekeeping, professional linen, preventive maintenance and a network of responsive tradespeople. The legal framework must be in order: a written mandate, the professional property management licence (carte G, Hoguet law) as soon as you collect rents or deposits on behalf of owners, and professional liability insurance. We also attach great importance to transparent pricing, meaning a commission whose basis of calculation is clear and additional fees that are clearly identified. Finally, your area of operation must be precise, so that we only send you properties you can actually manage. These luxury concierge clients expect a lasting relationship, and we are looking for partners who share that standard.
| What we check | Why |
|---|---|
| Carte G and financial guarantee if funds are collected | Only a carte G holder may hold funds on an owner’s behalf (Hoguet law) |
| Standard mandate and termination terms | The owner must know what they are committing to |
| Professional liability insurance | Protecting both owner and concierge in the event of a claim |
| Price list and additional fees | Allowing proposals to be compared fairly |
| Area of operation and property types | Sending you requests you can actually take on |
Find property owners: requests that are already qualified
Every request we pass on has been reviewed before it reaches you, so that you are spared enquiries outside your scope. The owner has described the property, set out their expectations and indicated their timetable, which lets you assess quickly whether the project suits your organisation. We check that the request is consistent and, where useful, talk to the owner to clear up any ambiguity. This upfront qualification saves you sales time and makes the first meeting more productive. In particular, you receive the following information:
- The property’s location, type and sleeping capacity.
- Its current use: main residence, second home or rental investment.
- The services expected and the level of presence required.
- The planned rental calendar or periods of personal use.
- The owner’s contact details, passed on with their consent.
Concierge business referrals: how the listing process works
The listing process begins with an introduction to your concierge service through the form below. We then get back to you for a conversation, during which you present your offer, references for properties you manage, your organisation and your area. We may ask you for supporting documents (professional licence, insurance certificate, standard mandate) to check that the legal framework is compliant. The commercial terms of the business referral are presented to you during this conversation, transparently. Once listed, your concierge service can receive requests that match its positioning and area; the volume depends on locations and seasons, and we make no commitment to any number of requests. You remain free to follow up on each request passed to you or not. The partnership agreement and the invoicing of introductions are handled by Conciergerie des Saisons (SARL, RCS Lille Métropole 101 034 361), which presents the commercial terms to you during this conversation.
