What happens after you send your request?
We read every request carefully: where your property is, its character, how many guests it sleeps, how you intend to use it and the level of service you expect. If a conversation would help clarify a point, we get back to you by the means you have indicated. We then introduce you to a high-end concierge working in your area and suited to your project, which contacts you to arrange a visit and a detailed proposal. You compare, you ask your questions, and you sign directly with the concierge if the offer suits you: the services are provided by the concierge, under its own responsibility.
